Log into your Korg UK account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Gear

Carefully repack the instrument in its original factory packaging, including all power supplies, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund value.

Ship to Service Centre

Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier point; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

Inspection and Refund
