We offer a 14-day cooling-off period. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item in its original, unopened packaging for a full refund.

Are software bundles included with hardware purchases?

Most of our controllers and synthesizers include a Korg Software Bundle code. You can find your unique license code in the box or via digital registration on our site.
